I moved here almost 2 months ago and really love it! The apartments are extremely spacious and have laundry rooms (which is a huge plus). The gym is never crowded, the resident lounge is always so clean and comfortable, and they have a grooming station for pets which is awesome!

Let’s talk about Amenities for a minute- this community has EVERYTHING! We are five minutes from Flagler Beach but why would I ever want to leave my community? They have an incredible fitness center that is open 24 hrs. After you get done working out, you can go to the lounge and get a coffee before you head out to the pool!

I have really enjoyed The Preserve, they have been very helpful and very friendly staff! They have been nothing but great since my first phone call. I moved from out of state which was not an easy move and they were so helpful. I loved the spacious apartment and they have some of the best sound proofing of any apartment I have lived in. Love the dog park/dog wash, and the short walk to the beach! Would recommend to anyone wanting to live in the Flagler community.
